Banana bread

For 4 people

Ingredients
  • 200g of wheat flour
  • 40g of almond flour
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed (+1 for decoration)
  • 70-100ml of Almendrola original drink
  • 1 egg or 60ml of a flax egg
  • ½ sachet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla
  • 100g dark of chocolate chunks
  • A pinch of salt

Materials
  • Bowl
  • Baking paper
  • Rectangular baking pan
  • Oven

In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.

Add: vanilla, Almendrola drink, egg and mix.

Add the wheat flour and almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and sugar and mix.

Add the chunks of chocolate and mix with a spatula.

5.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC with heat from top and bottom.

6.

Line the baking tray with baking paper and add the dough.

7.

On top, put a banana cut in half and add some extra chocolate chips.

8.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

9.

Take them out of the oven and leave standing for at least 10 minutes before removing from the mold.
