Crepes

Makes 8

Ingredients
  • 250ml of original Almendrola
  • 1 egg or 60ml of a flax egg
  • 15g of sugar
  • 120g of wheat flour
  • 20ml of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt Butter (to grease the frying pan)
To go with them
  • Honey
  • Fruit
  • Creme fraiche

Materials
  • Blender
  • Large non-stick frying pan
  • Saucepan

1.

Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend for a few seconds.

Pour into an airtight container and leave to stand for 15 minutes in the fridge.

Place the pan over medium heat and wait for it to heat up.

Once hot, add a knob of butter and spread it all over the pan.

5.

Add a ladle of crepe batter and quickly spread the batter all over the pan.

6.

When it has browned on the edges use a spatula to turn it over.

7.

Let it cook for another minute on the other side and then put it on a plate.

8.

Eat with the accompaniments of your choice.
