Healthy almond biscuits

Makes 12

Ingredients
  • 200g of almond flour
  • 70g of brown sugar or 2 tablespoons of date paste
  • 180g of almond cream
  • 120ml of sugar-free Almendrola drink
  • ½ sachet of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 70g of dark chocolate (to coat half of the biscuits)

Materials
  • Bowl
  • Spatula
  • Baking paper
  • Oven tray
  • Oven

In a bowl mix all the ingredients with the help of a spatula.

With a spoon, put small balls of dough on a baking tray with baking paper, making sure they are separated.

3.

Carefully flatten them twice with a fork (once on each side).

4.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC with heat from top and bottom and fan.

5.

Take them out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.

6.

Melt the dark chocolate and dip half of each biscuit in the chocolate.
