Healthy Brownie

For 4 people

  • 500g cooked chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp almond cream
  • 60ml sugar-free Almendrola
  • 1 tbsp honey or 1 tbsp date paste
  • 70g melted dark chocolate
  • ½ sachet yeast
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 50g dark chocolate chunks:
  • 50g white chocolate pieces
  • Rolled almonds to go on top
  • Coarse salt for the top

  • Chopping board and knife
  • Oven tray
  • Baking paper
  • Blender
  • Oven
  • Microwave


To the mixer add: the chickpeas, the almond cream, almond, honey, melted chocolate, yeast, cinnamon, cocoa powder, vanilla essence and blend.


Add to the dough: the pinch of salt, the dark and white chocolate pieces and mix with a spatula.


Preheat the oven to 180ºC with heat from the top and bottom.


On a baking tray with baking paper add the dough and spread it well (you can add extra chocolate on top).


Bake for 40 minutes (with 10 minutes left, put the sliced almonds on top)


When removing from the oven sprinkle coarse salt on top and leave standing for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
