Vegan Sweet Pizza

For 2 people

Ingredients for the dough
  • 250g of strong flour
  • 160ml of Almendrola Original drink
  • 1 sachet of baker's yeast or 8g of fresh yeast
  • A dash of olive oil
  • 8g of salt
Ingredients for the homemade nutella
  • 300g of skinless, unsalted toasted almonds
  • 40g of dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • A pinch of salt
To decorate
  • A few spoonfuls of cottage cheese to taste
  • Rolled almonds
  • Red berries to taste
  • Olive oil and coarse salt

  • Chopping board and knife

Mix the flour and salt in a bowl.


In a jug add the Almendrola drink together with the yeast and the oil, mix and leave to stand for 10 minutes.


Add the liquids to the bowl with the flour and salt and mix.


Remove from the bowl and knead for 10 minutes until smooth.


Put in the same bowl greased with oil and leave to ferment for 1 hour at room temperature.


Remove from the bowl, remove the air and split the dough in 2.


Puff the 2 balls together and leave to rest for another hour.


Roll out each ball from the centre outward without touching the edges.
